The Project Management Office (PMO) gives users an overview of all current and upcoming projects in the company with just a few clicks. All relevant project information, such as the overview of status, contacts, budget, milestones and the next steps of the various projects are recorded.
In the Project Management Office, all projects are mapped using a scheme. This creates a comparability of different projects, for example in terms of performance, the budget, the responsible project leaders and next steps. A percentual view of the progress of a project, as well as information about the time of the last update, the scope of the project, the status of the budget, and the possible impact of the project on the overall goals of the company, provides insightful information for project controlling and management. At regular intervals (report periods) the project managers update the status of the projects. Subsequently, a report can be drawn from this for each project.
