How to browse and manage all Connections Blogs

Problem 1: With administration rights in the Blogs module, you can use the advanced search to find all content a user has created. However, the filtering possibilities are limited.

Problem 2: Use the steps to Problem 1 to find the blog. You have to access the blog to delete it; the task of deleting several Blogs is time-consuming and tedious.

Solution with Connections Administration Toolkit (CAT)

Problem 1: Navigate to Content And Access – Blogs. Use the filter boxes there to narrow your search.

Problem 2: Now select the blogs you want to delete, and click “Delete”.

A confirmation popup summarizes the changes and allows you to enter a comment. All changes, comments, and who made them, are logged by the CAT application.
