New shareholder structure at target Software Solution GmbH

The acquisition of the shares of the two founders of target will not affect the structure and functioning of the company. My task as a new shareholder will be to accompany a successful team and provide it with new resources to expand its scope of action through qualified support. Target's customers can rely on seamless continuity of existing applications. Thanks to the future and ongoing guidance of the two founders and the experience of the existing teams, target will be able to offer its current and new customers advanced functionalities while preserving all the achievements of the past.

Walldorf Consulting AG is the ideal partner for me to continue and further develop what we have achieved. Over the past few years, Mr. Hanno Hofmann has developed his company, SAP Gold Partner WCA, into a top position among the innovation drivers for current SAP topics. What has convinced me above all is the innovative know-how of the many competent developers, in Germany and Near Shore. Hanno has a clear commitment to the target brand, its solutions, and to strengthening their further development. This will be of particular benefit to target. Now the developments, especially of the cloud solutions, can be intensified and accelerated. The change in company shares is a great message for all target customers and employees.

Through the cooperation between target and Walldorf Consulting AG, new products will be completed and delivered to our customers more quickly. This will strengthen the target brand in the market. WCA will also benefit, as will all our customers. Therefore, I am extremely satisfied with this succession solution.

Already after the initial discussions with Hanno Hofmann and future colleagues at Walldorf Consulting AG, I was certain that the change in ownership would open up new opportunities for target. With greater development capacity in the future, we will be able to react even faster to the needs of the market without slowing down on the way to an idea management system that can be operated in the cloud. We can also benefit from the merger in the areas of our own infrastructure. I am very much looking forward to working with my new colleagues, with whom we will continue to be the usual reliable partner for our customers.
