We needed a central solution that would remove, or at least considerably ease, the burden on our IT department. We wanted them to go back to focusing on their core tasks and not on user management in Google Workspace. The Advanced Admin and in particular the Mail Migration solution were just what we needed.

As a self-service tool, Advanced Admin prioritises easy management of unsforseen changes. It allows administrators to edit individual users, migrate data, roll out company-wide email signatures and much more.
Absence of employees
There are many reasons why employees may be unexpectedly absent. Some leave the company to pursue other goals, others are on leave due to illness. Either way, it can pose a problem for a company if the employee was in the middle of a dialogue with customers or was responsible for important projects.
Advanced Admin enables you to solve both these problems.
You can keep the lines of communication open by transferring emails already sent to a different account. These emails contain tasks and customer requirements that have already been worked on. Advanced Admin allows you to simply transfer files from the absen employee`s Google Drive to someone else`s. That person can then continue working on the sheets, docs, slides and other files without missing a beat.
Employees on vacation
Vacation-bound employees who are already looking forward to their first cocktail at the beach can sometimes overlook the importance of making sure their work is taken care of during their absence. Out-of-office replies and a substitute for projects and communication are the bare minimum.
Advanced Admin lets you quickly fix these problems.
A temporary solution can make temporary problems disappear instantly. Advanced Admin can help by providing tools to manage users` email inboxes. Rather than having full authorisation as in the previous scenario, the employee in the office is granted restricted access to the inboxes if the absent colleague. Once the vacation is over, all access rights nd communication channels are restored to their original state.
External communication
If an organisation wants to appear professional, its external communications must be consistent. Unfortunately, the native Google Workspace does not have a central location where email signatures can be rolled out quickly to all employees

During development, we were careful not to create many individual features. We wanted to keep things nice and clear. Advanced Admin includes the most important extensions for Google Workspace administrators.
