Future structure of TIMETOACT & TIMETOACT GROUP

TIMETOACT Software & Consulting GmbH will transfer the administrative areas and TIMETOACT GROUP Sales to its parent company, TIMETOACT GROUP GmbH, on January 1, 2024. TIMETOACT GROUP Sales will support larger digitalization projects that require the services of several subsidiaries. The TIMETOACT GROUP will continue to be managed by Felix Binsack, Hermann Ballé and Frank Fuchs. Stefan Gierl and Sascha Wadenpohl, who previously held operational responsibility as authorized signatories, will take over the management of TIMETOACT Software & Consulting.

TIMETOACT Software & Consulting is the founder of the TIMETOACT GROUP. All TIMETOACT GROUP Functions - central and administrative areas that have enabled the strong growth of the group of companies - have accordingly been created in TIMETOACT Software & Consulting; these include People & Culture, Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Controlling, Internal IT and Mergers & Acquisitions. On January 1, the employees in these areas will transfer to the TIMETOACT GROUP. The TIMETOACT GROUP will therefore provide all services required by the Group in future. This also includes the development and operation of "One System", a highly automated and integrated platform that covers all processes from marketing automation to the monthly consolidated balance sheet. TIMETOACT Software & Consulting will continue its core business as usual and will focus even more strongly on its customers and further develop its portfolio.

The structural change also entails a change in management personnel. Felix Binsack, Frank Fuchs and Hermann Ballé will be leaving their previous roles as Managing Directors of TIMETOACT Software & Consulting at the end of the year and will focus entirely on the TIMETOACT GROUP. The previous managers of the business units working directly for customers, Sascha Wadenpohl and Stefan Gierl, will take over the management of TIMETOACT Software & Consulting on January 1, 2024.
