New shareholder structure at target Software Solution GmbH

Hanno Hofmann, founder of Walldorf Consulting AG (WCA), acquires all shares in target Software Solution GmbH (target)

One and two years ago, respectively, the founders Dr. Georg Fischer and Dr. Gerhard Wiechert retired from the management of target for reasons of age. By handing over their shares in the company, they have now taken the next step to ensure that target Software Solution GmbH can continue to meet customer expectations and play an even more important role in the market for idea and innovation management in the future. At an early stage, target's Managing Director, Achim Noe, and Development Manager, Robin Müller-Cajar, were involved in the discussions and were able to provide Walldorf Consulting AG employees with detailed insights into the solutions and business development of target Software Solution GmbH. The management teams get along very well and have already started working together. For the new shareholder, the acquisition of target is a strategic decision to further strengthen the target brand and the product and service portfolio. The excellent know-how as well as the resources of the SAP specialist WCA will help to further expand target's position in the market for idea and innovation management.
