Combining the best technology

Atlassian's cloud infrastructure is implemented with the industry leader Amazon Web Services (AWS). Thanks to this combination of Atlassian Cloud Stack and AWS as infrastructure, the increasing number of customers and users in the Atlassian Cloud is no problem. Users do not have to worry about software or hardware updates at any time. Atlassian takes care of hosting and operation so that the cloud products are always up to date. For optimum performance worldwide, the Atlassian Cloud has also been designed with options to avoid redundancies and downtimes.

High compliance and security

Atlassian has set up its own cloud hosting infrastructure in Germany and Ireland for Europe. European cloud customers, especially for Jira or Confluence, benefit from improved product performance, lower latency times and other advantages of local data storage. By hosting within Europe, Atlassian is committed to complying with the high data protection guidelines in Europe.  Atlassian cloud products are also certified for many standards, including SOC 2 or ISO 27001/27018.
