Unger Fashion – Microsoft to Google Migration

UNGER Fashion is a Hamburg-based family business with a long tradition of specializing in luxury fashion for women. Founded in 1878, UNGER today offers an exclusive selection of clothing, footwear and accessories from over 150 international designer brands in its two Hamburg stores and online shop.

For UNGER Fashion, it is important that all data is transferred seamlessly from Microsoft to Google. In the best case scenario, there should be no interruption to working hours to ensure that the business can continue to operate without interruption. The transfer of the domain is also important for the customer. All work steps must therefore be agreed and coordinated with the customer.

As a solution, CLOUDPILOTS first created a list of all data and users in the source environment using the "Cloudmigrator" migration tool from “CloudM”. All employee profiles and their data were then migrated from Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace. This includes email, documents, drive data, calendars and contacts. An analysis for completeness was subsequently carried out.

The result is a flawless transfer of all user profiles and data from Microsoft to Google without interrupting ongoing operations and employee performance. The customer will continue to receive support from CLOUDPILOTS in the future.
